Mahalakshmi Stava may be recited everyday. If not, it should be recited at least once a week during the weekly Lakshmi Puja which is on:
a. Thursdays for Bengalis
b. Fridays for South Indians

एककाले पठेन्नित्यं महापापविनाशनम् द्विकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं धनधान्यसमन्वितः   १०
त्रिकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं महाशत्रुविनाशनम् महालक्ष्मीर्भवेन्नित्यं प्रसन्ना वरदा शुभा   ११

Goddess, bestower of success and intelligence, the giver of enjoyment and liberation, who is the Mantra herself, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. (4)

Adyantarahite devi Adyashaktimaheshvari yogaje yogasambhUte mahAlakshmi namo.astu te   5

Beginningless and endless goddess,  Supreme Goddess of the universe, she who is yoga and is born of yoga, Goddess Lakshmi,salutations to you. (5)

स्थूलसूक्ष्ममहारौद्रे महाशक्तिमहोदरे महापापहरे देवि महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तुते   ६

The great terror (Durga) of gross and subtle (wicked beings), supreme power, engulfing all, redemptress of the universe, remover of the great sins, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. (6)

Seated on a lotus, the Goddess, whose nature is the transcendent infinite, transcendent ruler, mother of the world, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. (7)

श्वेताम्बरधरे देवि नानालङ्कारभूश्हिते जगत्स्थिते जगन्मातर्महालक्ष्मि नमोऽस्तुते   ८

শ্বেতাম্বরধরে দেবি নানালঙ্কারভূষিতে জগত্স্থিতে জগন্মাতর্মহালক্ষ্মি নমোঽস্তুতে   ৮

shvetAmbaradhare devi nAnAlaN^kArabhUShite jagatsthite jaganmAtarmahAlakshmi namo.astu te   8

Clad in white clothes, adorned with various ornaments, mother of the world, abiding in the world, Goddess Lakshmi, salutations to you. (8)

फलश्रुति / ফলশ্রুতি/ phalashruti /Benefits of chanting this prayer

महालक्ष्म्यश्ह्टकं स्तोत्रं यः पठेद्भक्तिमान्नरः सर्वसिद्धिमवाप्नोति राज्यं प्राप्नोति सर्वदा   ९

মহালক্ষ্ম্যষ্টকং স্তোত্রং যঃ পঠেদ্ভক্তিমান্নরঃ সর্বসিদ্ধিমবাপ্নোতি রাজ্যং প্রাপ্নোতি সর্বদা   ৯

mahAlakshmyaShTakastotra.n yaH paThedbhaktimAnnaraH sarvasiddhimavApnoti rAjyaM prApnoti sarvadA 

The devotee who chants this verse of eight stanzas to Goddess Lakshmi gains all possible success and gains sovereignty at all times.

एककाले पठेन्नित्यं महापापविनाशनम् द्विकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं धनधान्यसमन्वितः   १०

এককালে পঠেন্নিত্যং মহাপাপবিনাশনম্ দ্বিকালং যঃ পঠেন্নিত্যং ধনধান্য়সমন্বিতঃ   ১০

ekakAle paThennityaM mahApApavinAshanam.h dvikAla.n yaH paThennitya.n dhanadhAnyasamanvitaH 

He who always recites once daily, shall be blessed with the destruction of all his sins;  he who recites twice daily, is endowed with wealth and food.

त्रिकालं यः पठेन्नित्यं महाशत्रुविनाशनम् महालक्ष्मीर्भवेन्नित्यं प्रसन्ना वरदा शुभा   ११

trikAlaM yaH paThennityaM mahAshatruvinAshanam.h mahAlakshmIrbhavennityaM prasanna varadA shubhA 

He who recites it three times daily always gains destruction of great enemies, and (Goddess Lakshmi) the
pure giver of boons, would be always pleased (with the person).

The Adya Stotram / আদ্যা স্তোত্র / आद्या स्तोत्रम् , which is very popular in West Bengal, is a hymn in tribute to Adya Ma.  It has 20 shlokas in Sanskrit written in very simple language and talks about the greatness of Adya Ma and the benefits of understanding and reciting the stotram. The benefits of daily recitation of the Stotram are: Protection from death, sickness and fear Conceiving, for those women who are childless Protection from any danger during travel especially by water Protection during wars Protection during troubled times Receiving the same amount of blessing as going on holy pilgrimage Adya Ma is regarded as the physical form (manifestation) of Adya Shakti. Adya Shakti is the primary supreme force of Nature and is regarded as the force essential to the existence of the other forces on Nature. She is worshiped in the form of Goddess Kali. Jagaddhatri Stotram and Jagadhatri Puja

  Jagaddhatri also spelled as Jagadhatri (Devnagri: जगद्धात्री, Bengali: জগদ্ধাত্রী) literally means She Who Holds the World or the Protector of the World . She is a form of Devi Durga. She is highly revered in West Bengal, especially in Chandernagore (my ancestral home) which has the biggest celebration of Jagaddhatri Puja in India. People come from all parts of India to Chandannagar to enjoy the amazing light works and show. Other places where the Puja is celebrated with gusto are Bhadreshwar, Hooghly, Rishra and Krishnanagar.
